The phone is answered 24 hours a day, and dispatch routes each call to the office closest to the address.
Local conditions
A county of 2.7 million people on very little elevation
Miami-Dade counted 2,701,767 residents at the 2020 census, more than any other Florida county, spread across 34 incorporated cities and towns and a large unincorporated area that takes in much of Kendall, Richmond West and the Hammocks. All of it sits on low ground. The highest land in the county is only 20 to 25 feet above sea level, so drainage, standing water and storm surge decide where outdoor equipment can safely sit.
The county had 1,074,685 housing units in 2020, and a big share of them are condominiums: about 5,530 condominium associations representing roughly 274,335 units as of December 2023. That changes the work. A single-family house usually means a closet or attic air handler with a condenser outside, while a condo means a fan coil or a mini split, building rules, an elevator booking and sometimes a shared riser.
Most of what we fix across the county comes back to two pressures: equipment that runs for most of the year, and humid air that loads coils, drains and duct. Phone numbers here start with 305, 786 or 645, and ours is one of the 645s.

Getting to you
How dispatch splits the county
Calls from Homestead and Cutler Bay up through Pinecrest, Coral Gables and Brickell are usually covered from the service office on SW 117th Ave. Calls from Doral, Medley, Hialeah, Miami Lakes and the northern suburbs usually go to the head office on NW 72nd Ave, which also runs most of the commercial and refrigeration accounts.
Miami Beach, Aventura and the high-rise corridor get whichever crew is closer when the call comes in. When every technician is committed, which happens in August heat and after storms, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so nobody is left waiting without help.
